According to records kept by The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) financial Broker Fateh Sokkar (Sokkar), currently associated with Park Avenue Securities LLC, has at least one disclosable event. These events include one customer complaint, alleging that Sokkar recommended unsuitable investments in different investment products including debt securities among other allegations and complaints.

Client alleges the purchase of two Brighthouse annuities were misrepresented to allow for annual rate locks when she was recently advised that the annuities allow for one rate lock for the entire term instead of one a year. Client requested to surrender the annuities without the imposition of the CDSC charges.
